Euromecc develops concrete production and transportation solutions for a wide range of industries, including mining, petrochemical, design and road.
Our portfolio includes mobile, compact, stationary and on-site batching plants, along with trailer pumps, recycling plants, cement silos, and cement feeding systems to meet the various requirements of our client base.
Wet and dry stationary concrete batching plants for mining applications
Euromecc designs and produces concrete batches, manufactures nearly all the components and assemble plants in our factory. A leading provider of high-quality plants for cement and concrete industries, our company can plan and produce custom-made solutions.
Each type of plant is suitable for settled building sites and can either be equipped with a concrete mixer, which distinguishes wet and dry concrete batching plants.
Wet batching plants blend additives, aggregates, cement and water to guarantee an improved concrete quality, optimising water / cement ratio.
Mobile batching plants
Mobile batching plants provide fast installation and easy transportation while ensuring the same production of a stationary batching plant. Euromecc manufactures a variety of mobile batching plants, which cater to the individual needs of the customer.
Ideal for concrete wet production, the Fast 2000 / 1330 Pisa is equipped with a planetary mixer and has a theoretical hourly output of 60m³/h. The Euromobil T20 is suitable for concrete dry production.
The Fast 1500 / 1000 Milano and the Fast 750 / 500 Torino are both manufactured for pre-mixed concrete production, making them suitable for construction companies and precast concrete producers.
Concrete precast batching plants
Implemented with a planetary mixer, Euromecc’s precast concrete plants guarantee the production of homogeneous high-quality precast concrete.
The combined storage capacity of the plant varies from 95m³ up to 260m³. A number of mixer models are available and have a compacted concrete output a cycle from 0.25m³ up to 3m³.
Mixer models available include Euro 3 Mix and Mix / MP, which are small plants that produce 3-6 bins of concrete; MOD, a medium-to-high plant that can produce 2-12 bins; and Euro 3 Mix / 2 MP, which comes with two planetary mixers, as well as a deviator to meet the production requirements of components such as girders, bricks and blocks.
Furthermore, Euro Colormix is a distribution system for concrete of various colours and comes with two, three or four hoppers for colours accumulated within the same frame.
Pug mill continuous mixing plants
Continuous mixing plants have an hourly output up to 300m³/h and are designed for road basement foundations, as well as zero slump concrete. The quantity of cement produced is measured by a weighing system with three loading cells arranged on the cement batch.
Models such as Euro 2 Mix / MC Mobile, Euro 2 Mix / CMA Mobile and Euro 3 / 4 Mix / MC Stationary offer aggregate storage capacities from 30 / 125 and have hourly outputs between 150m³/h and 300m³/h.
Concrete washing and recycling systems
Euromecc has always been dedicated to environmental issues, offering our customers solutions to comply with industry regulation. Our concrete recycling systems resolve the issue of the recovery of washing truck pumps and mixers and residual concrete.
Our solutions include Euro-eco and Euro-wash. Euro-eco is a recycling system characterised by its compact structure. Solid constituents of remaining concrete are washed through a screw, allowing the retrieval of aggregates with a diameter more than 0.3mm enclosed within the washing water of concrete pumps or mixers.
Euro-wash is a concrete separator that splits solid materials with diameters of up to 0.15mm through a spiral system that rotates inside an inclined drum. Water, cement and fine particles are discharged by overflow into storage tanks, allowing it to be used again within the production cycle. There are three models available, each with an hourly capacity between 10m³ and 25m³.
